• Field Supervisor - Fire

    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to lead fire alarm installation work at a high-security data center in Lenor. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple phases of construction simultaneously. You’ll oversee a crew of 6–8 technicians and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with fire system standards.

    - Supervise daily field operations for fire alarm system installation

    - Direct and plan work across multiple phases (e.g., device mounting, cable pulling, ceiling/floor coordination)

     

    - Ensure work is performed correctly and meets code and project specifications

     

    - Manage subcontractors and coordinate with general contractors onsite

     

    Serve as the technical point of contact for fire alarm system requirements

     

    - Maintain clear communication with the PM and project stakeholders

     

    - Support documentation, inspections, and punch list resolution

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Proven experience as a Field Supervisor on construction sites

     

    - Ability to manage and lead a team of 6–8 technicians

     

    - Strong understanding of fire alarm systems and how they differ from other low-voltage installs

     

    - Experience directing and planning work across multiple trades and phases

     

    - NICET Level III certification (required) — must be able to design systems and respond to GC inquiries confidently
