    Job Description

    We are seeking a seasoned IFS Project Manager to lead a strategic ERP transformation within a manufacturing environment. This role will oversee the implementation and optimization of IFS Applications, ensuring clean data, aligned processes, effective training, and long-term governance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IFS in manufacturing settings and a strong track record of driving cross-functional ERP success.

    Responsibilities

    Lead the full lifecycle of IFS implementation, including planning, execution, testing, and post-go-live support.

     

    Ensure clean, reliable data across scheduling, inventory, and other key manufacturing functions.

     

    Collaborate with stakeholders to update SOPs and align them with IFS best practices.

     

    Design and deliver training programs with measurable outcomes for user adoption.

     

    Establish governance frameworks and internal capabilities to maintain and evolve the system.

     

    Develop a strategic roadmap for transitioning to IFS Cloud in the future.

     

    Manage vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.

     

    Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, finance, and supply chain.

    Skills and Requirements

    Qualifications

    5+ years of ERP project management experience, with at least 2 years in IFS within manufacturing.

     

    Deep understanding of IFS modules like Inventory, Scheduling, Maintenance, and Finance.

     

    Experience aligning SOPs and business processes with ERP systems.

     

    Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

     

    PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

     

    Familiarity with IFS Cloud transition planning is a plus.
