    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking to hire an Experience Designer with a with a concentration in Generative AI or design systems experience. Candidates will be aligned to a AI team focused to deliver 8 AI tools that will help drive efficiencies within the internal design system team. This person will have knowledge of design systems and building component design specs in Figma, as well as understand the design of internal tools. Being able to support a group of developers when it comes to design deliverables is important for the role, as this person will be the sole designer for handling design requests. He or she should be comfortable advising and consulting on design strategy and decision making within a suite of products. They also should be comfortable creating decks to present to stakeholders, giving design advice to the team and providing visual quality assurance. This role will be very collaborative with a User Researcher, as well as the team of developers.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    6+ years of experience in a Product Design/ UX/UI role

     

    Hands on experience designing internal tools

     

    Experience working in an environment directly with developers

     

    Strategic in design thought and ability to give design advice

    VQA experience

    Strong experience with Figma

     

    Generative Al experience or Design Systems experience

     

    Good communication and presentation skills to create decks to present to stakeholders for product presentations
