    Provides technical and administrative support for the Supply Chain and associated departments.

     

    Coordinator Material Control Associate

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor degree in Business (Preferred)

    • Without the above degree, 5 years’ full-time Supply Chain or related experience may be considered.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Experience is not required.

    • Ability to write complex Oracle SQL statements to query data and create reports in Oracle Analytics (Preferred).

    • Accounting (Preferred).

    LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS

    • There is no Certification or Licensure Listed

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assists in reconciling inventory value between the supply chain, work management and accounting systems.

     

    • Corrects database records.

    • Assists in correcting rejects in interfaces between Parts Inventory Control Systems (PICS) and other site applications.

    • Assists in testing system changes.

    • Conducts audits and department self-assessments and activities for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audits.

    • Maintains owned activities in Corrective Action Program (CAP).

    • Assists in processing records to support sale of site material.

    • Coordinates material discrepancies.

    • 8 Years’ experience in Supply Chain or other related business activity such as Work Control, Accounting, IT etc. (Required)

    • Ability to write complex Oracle SQL statements to query data and create reports in Oracle Analytics (Preferred).

    • Accounting (Preferred).

    • There is no Certification or Licensure Listed

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Accept ERO position as needed.

    • Accept outage position as needed.

    • Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted access.

    • Successfully complete General Employee Training (GET) as required for position.

    ENVIRONMENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Environmental and physical requirements are subject to crouching, stooping, bending, twisting and/or lifting up to 30 lbs; ascending/descending stairs; sitting for extended periods of time; and spending considerable time in front of computer monitors.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Overtime and alternate work schedules as needed.

    • Subject to callouts twenty-four hours per day seven days per week.

    • Travel may be required.

    • May be required to carry a phone.

    WORK LOCATION

    • Due to the nature of the work, this position provides the ability for a hybrid work schedule between Site and an alternate work location. Alternate work locations require adequate technology and that a solid ergonomic setup is present. Note: Work schedules are contingent on business need.
