Position Description:
Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions:
+ Responsible for planning, managing, and executing accredited continuing education activities for internal and external departments
+ Serves as a liaison for presenters to obtain required documentation and organize travel
+ Prepares activity evaluation forms, sign in sheets, handout materials and manages printing logistics
+ Responsible for timely and accurate processing of activity registrations and other activity documentation
+ Will work closely with Analyst to process and finalize any accompanying financial processed for a program to include payment vouchers, reimbursements, purchase requisitions, obtaining quotes from vendors, reconciliation, travel authorization and facilitation including compiling documents for travel
+ Prepare post activity documents, including evaluation summaries, attendance lists, report of outcomes data, and final revenue/expense statement. Arranges meeting rooms, meals, and sleeping room blocks
+ Prepares on-site logistics for events and CME activities
+ Assess outcomes measurement survey tools; conducts survey; evaluates results
+ Remains current with all licensure, certifications and mandatory compliances and trainings required of this position
+ Adhere to all policies, procedures and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSECEP OPs, etc.)
+ Personally demonstrate, display and act in accordance with TTUHSC EP's Values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork)
+ Serve as a Value's leader while actively promoting and encouraging staff across the institution

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous Experience in a Medical School setting or other educational environment
+ Above average computer skills
+ Exceptional communication skills
+ Computer skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
+ Excellent verbal and writing skills
+ Previous experience in planning, production, and evaluation of professional education activities
+ Experience with establishing and managing educational activity budgets
+ Experience applying adult learning principles in the design of educational activities
