    As an **Aviation Maintenance Technician (Structural Repair)** , you will play a critical role in keeping aircraft safe, reliable, and flight-ready. This is your chance to grow with an organization that is shaping the future of aviation.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform structural maintenance and repairs on customer aircraft in compliance with FAA/JAA regulations and technical data.

    + Inspect, adjust, repair, and replace components to correct malfunctions or deficiencies—with and without power applied.

    + Remove, access, and re-install aircraft components to complete assigned tasks.

    + Carry out basic mechanical and electrical removals/installations.

    + Accurately document all work performed in accordance with the Inspection Procedures Manual (IPM).

    + Assist with fueling/defueling, cleaning aircraft, and loading ballast or freight as required.

    + Support Avionics and Engine Technicians with troubleshooting and repairs.

    + Conduct repairs on detached components such as flaps, rudders, ailerons, doors, and leading edges.

    + Perform complex structural repairs on-site and off-site as needed.

    + Support prototype, flight test, and production aircraft under the Production Certificate System.

    + May perform Designated Inspector (DI) functions if qualified by QA.

    Qualifications

    + Airframe license

    + **Preferred** : At least 1 year of experience with aircraft mechanical or electrical systems.

    + Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, technical manuals, and repair instructions.

    + Strong commitment to safety, precision, and quality.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    **Pay Details:** $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
