    What You’ll Do

     

    In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert driving validation readiness for critical manufacturing processes. You will:

     

    + **Lead documentation efforts** : Write and execute media protocols, procedures, and technical guides for isolator fill line readiness.

    + **Ensure compliance excellence** : Guide operators and teams on process quality, making sure every step aligns with strict regulatory requirements.

    + **Drive collaboration** : Partner with Tech/Ops and cross-functional teams to transfer knowledge and deliver isolator readiness milestones.

    + **Support regulatory standards** : Assess supply product documentation in alignment with Novartis QM, QD, and global regulations.

    + **Track performance** : Monitor KPIs and provide insights to ensure validation goals are consistently met.

    + **Set best practices** : Contribute to policies, SOPs, and validation strategies that shape industry standards.

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

    + 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, validation, or qualification.

    + Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, technical processes, and pharmaceutical science.

    + Ability to quickly adapt and master new technical and compliance frameworks.

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 to $39.95 per hour
