We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in SEC Compliance Regulatory Reporting and US Filing processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in regulatory reporting, data analysis, and data integration technologies, along with a deep understanding of investment banking or asset management compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform analysis, solutioning, documentation, and support for ongoing production issues related to SEC Compliance Regulatory Reporting and Filing processes.

+ Support enhancements and quarterly/annual reporting processes, including data mapping, validation, and cleansing.

+ Provide post-production data issue resolution and technical support.

+ Work on multiple modules, including Signal, Form PF (Consensus), Symphony Data Warehouse, and LevFin.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

+ Engage with clients on a day-to-day basis to understand requirements, provide solutions, and maintain effective communication.

Required Skills and Experience:

+ Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.

+ Strong knowledge of SEC Compliance Regulatory Reporting processes, including Large Shareholder Disclosure, 13G, 13F2 SHO, and Form PF.

+ Proficiency in ETL tools (Datastage preferred but open to others).

+ Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle SQL/PL SQL – any of these).

+ Experience with data analysis tasks such as data cleansing, validation, mapping, and solutioning.

+ Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting vendor tools like Confluence Signal and Confluence Consensus.

+ Familiarity with Autosys, AWS, and other data processing platforms.

+ Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools, including Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.

+ Domain expertise in Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Compliance Regulatory Reporting is mandatory.
