    General Summary

    Plays a key role in enhancing patient engagement and promoting healthcare services through strategic marketing and effective patient communications. Responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns, creating patient-facing communications, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Contributes to an integrated, collaborative, data-driven Marketing and Patient Communications Team that is known for high reliability and excellence in execution. Must be an exceptional writer, enjoy executing events, and being part of a highly collaborative, innovative, and data-driven Marketing and Communications function.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Essential Functions:

    + Works collaboratively with other members of the Marketing and Patient Communications team to identify priorities, develop tactics and execute concepts aligned with strategic priorities and brand standards.

    + Continuously scans the internal and external environment, understands the system's major strategic and operating priorities and identifies relevant marketing and patient communications opportunities.

    + Coordinates, writes and produces flyers, web content, e-newsletters, articles, publications, brochures, posters, feature stories, and other patient facing content.

    + Responsible for photography and videography of system functions and other related activities.

    + Plans and coordinates meetings and special events to meet designated objectives.

    Common Expectations:

    + Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment and safety standards.

    + Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops.

    + Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.

    + Assists in proofreading, writing and idea development for marketing and patient communications projects.

    Travel Requirements:

    + Estimated Amount: 15% - Periodic travel required primarily for meetings, trainings, and periodic visits to clients, project sites, or system locations.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education:

    + Bachelors Degree Marketing, Business or related field. Required

    Work Experience:

    + 2 years Experience in Marketing, Business or other related field. Required

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    + Excellent written/oral communications, interpersonal and organizational skills.

    + Strong computer skills and willingness to embrace new technology and artificial intelligence.

    + Strong writing, copyediting and project management skills.

    + Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools.

    + Strong project management and organization abilities.
