Opportunity
AstheDirector-GlobalPayroll,thisroleisresponsibleforoverseeingandmanagingallaspects of payroll operations across the enterprise. The Director-Global Payroll will lead a team of payroll professionals to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees in multiple countries while maintaining compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Thisrolerequiresastrategicmindset,strongleadershipskills,andadeepunderstandingof payroll processes and systems.
Responsibilities
+ Developandimplementglobalpayrollstrategies,policies,andprocedurestoensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
+ Manage the global implementation of Workday Payroll and consolidate timekeeping systems to improve data accuracy and reporting
+ Provide direct and indirect leadership to a global payroll team, including regional managers, local payroll staff, and external vendor partners.
+ Global payroll operation oversight across 30+ countries,supporting a workforce of over 30,000 associates
+ Directing the processing of payroll for employees in multiple countries, including data collection, validation, calculation, and distribution of payments.
+ Ensuretimelyandaccuratereportingofpayrolldatatointernalstakeholders,finance, and external authorities as required.
+ Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams,includingHR,finance,legal,andIT,to streamline payroll processes, optimize systems, and resolve issues.
+ Stayup-to-datewithchangesinpayrolllaws,regulations,andbestpracticesglobally, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
+ Managerelationshipswithexternalpayrollvendors,ensuringservicelevelsaremetand contracts are adhered to.
+ Driveprocessimprovementsandautomationinitiativestoincreaseefficiency,reduce errors, and enhance the payroll experience for employees.
+ Prepareandmanagethepayrollbudget,monitorexpenses,andidentifycost-savingopportunities.
+ Actasasubjectmatterexpertonpayrollmatters,providingguidanceandsupportto stakeholders across the organization.
Skills/Requirements
+ Bachelor'sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,BusinessAdministration,orrelatedfield; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPP, FPC) preferred.
+ Tenormoreyearsofexperienceinpayrollmanagement,withaproventrackrecordof success in a global organization.
+ In-depthknowledgeofpayrollprocesses,regulations,andcompliancerequirements across multiple countries.
+ Strongleadershipandpeoplemanagementskills,withtheabilitytomotivateand develop teams.
+ Excellentcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoeffectivelyinteractwithstakeholdersat all levels of the organization.
+ Analyticalmindsetwiththeabilitytointerpretcomplexdataandidentifytrendsandinsights.
+ Experienceimplementingandoptimizingpayrollsystemsandtechnologysolutions.
+ Provenabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironmentanddriveresults.
+ Strongproblem-solvingskillswithafocusoncontinuousimprovement.
+ Highlevelofintegrityanddiscretionwhenhandlingconfidentialinformation.
+ Preferred experience: hands-on experience with global payroll systems, particularly Workday and SAP, including configuration, reporting, and integration across complex, multi-country environments.

This means you’ll have access to your applicable benefit programs from your first day on the job, with no waiting period. The salary range for this position is $148,250 - $191,850. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k._
