This team partners closely with IBM’s business units and corporate leadership to identify opportunities, evaluate potential deals, and drive execution with precision and insight. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where analytical rigor meets strategic vision.

Your role and responsibilities
This role supports the execution of acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, and other business development initiatives on behalf of IBM business units and corporate headquarters to advance the company's strategic goals.
Required technical and professional expertise
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related technical field
* Experience in investment banking
* Strong communication skills
* Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting with strong attention to detail
* Expert-level proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
