+ **Position** : Assembly Specialists (Entry-Level) 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

+ **Location** : Norwood, MA (Wire Cutter and Assembly roles)

Wire Cutter Duties

+ Measure and cut wires/cables to specified lengths using manual or automatic cutting tools

+ Read and follow wire cutting instructions, schematics, or work orders **Assembler Duties**

+ Assemble electrical components, cables, or wire harnesses according to specifications

+ Use hand tools, crimpers, or soldering equipment to join parts

+ Follow blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions

+ Conduct basic quality checks on finished assemblies

+ Pack and label completed assemblies for shipment or storage

+ Communicate any defects, delays, or material shortages to supervisors

+ Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures

+ Label and organize cut wires for assembly or shipment

+ Inspect wire for defects or damage before and after cutting

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Operate wire cutting machines safely and efficiently

+ Track inventory of wire materials and report shortages

+ **Experience** :

+ No experience required for entry-level positions

+ Higher pay available for candidates with **cable and wire experience**

+ **Starting Pay** :

+ **$16/hour** for candidates with no experience

+ **Higher rates** for experienced individuals (especially in cable/wire work)
