What You'll Be Doing
+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on crushing, screening, and conveying equipment
+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime
+ Weld, fabricate, and assemble components as needed for plant operations
+ Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and efficient functionality
+ Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
What Are We Looking For
+ Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment
+ Familiarity with welding, cutting, and fabrication tools and techniques
+ Commitment to working safely and following all safety procedures
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
+ Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team-oriented environment
Conditions of Employment
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
