    What You'll Be Doing

    + Coordinate daily deliveries and dispatch drivers to ensure timely and efficient service.

    + Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and plant personnel to manage schedules and resolve issues.

    + Monitor and adjust delivery routes based on changing conditions and priorities.

    + Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and driver activity.

    + Support safety and compliance by adhering to company policies and DOT regulations.

    Work Environment

    This role is based in a dispatch office setting with frequent interaction via phone and computer systems. Occasional visits to plant or field locations may be required. The position involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability and responsiveness are key.
