    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators to support plant operations

    + Monitor and maintain material flow to ensure efficient production

    + Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment

    + Assist with plant housekeeping and safety compliance

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment

    + Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to working safely

    + Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
