We are seeking a dynamic professional to enhance our data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

+ **Designing Reporting Infrastructure:**

+ Develop robust architecture for data storage, transformation, and delivery, including data warehouses, data lakes, and reporting databases.

+ **Defining Data Models for Reporting:**

+ Craft logical and physical data models to support efficient analysis and reporting, with a focus on fact-dimensional data modeling.

+ **Developing Data Pipelines:**

+ Design and implement ETL/ELT processes to ensure data quality and accuracy in the reporting environment.

+ **Selecting and Implementing Reporting Tools:**

+ Choose and configure appropriate reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos.

+ **Ensuring Data Quality and Security:**

+ Implement data quality checks and security measures to safeguard sensitive information.

+ **Providing Technical Leadership:**

+ Mentor team members in developing and maintaining reporting infrastructure, while optimizing system performance and collaborating with stakeholders to meet reporting needs.

Skills and Qualifications

+ Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling with 8 years of experience in designing and implementing data storage solutions.

+ Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages, with the ability to write complex queries for reporting purposes.

+ 8 years of experience with popular reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos.

+ Expertise in data integration and ETL processes, with 8 years of experience in extracting, transforming, and loading data.

+ 8 years of experience in data governance and security, with a focus on implementing data quality checks and security measures.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on troubleshooting and improving reporting infrastructure.
