Position Summary

Promethus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner of federal health agencies, seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our client. This role involves creating visually compelling, brand-consistent content across digital and print formats, including websites, campaigns, publications, and event materials.

Essential Function Responsibilities

+ Plan, design, and produce graphic exhibits and visual materials for both print and digital media.

+ Design for a broad range of products and activities, including websites, advertising campaigns, books, posters, product packaging, exhibitions, displays, and corporate communications.

+ Develop and maintain corporate identity materials, including those for award programs, summits, and meetings.

+ Design web pages and visual elements for the organization's website, ensuring accessibility and usability best practices.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually engaging and brand-consistent results.

+ Integrate video content and manage YouTube channels as needed.

+ Ensure all visual materials align with the organization's brand guidelines.

+ Maintain accurate records of design projects and assets.

+ Communicate and present design concepts and updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Art, Graphic Design, or a related field

+ Minimum five (5) years of experience in graphic design

+ Experience with 508 Compliance

+ Experience in web design

+ Organizational and time management skills

+ Adaptability to evolving technologies and project requirements

+ Demonstrated ability to work successfully independently and in a team environment

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship

+ Ability to obtain a public trust.

Preferred Qualification

+ Experience supporting federal healthcare organizations, especially within the Department of Veterans Affairs

The work location is flexible if the company approves it, except that the position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
