    We are looking for a talented Senior Manager, Analytics & Solutions to join our team specializing in Sales and Service for Cummins, Inc. in Columbus, IN.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    + **Understand Business Needs Deeply** : Continuously build knowledge of the business to identify and anticipate BI requirements that support strategic decision-making.

    + **Collaborate with Stakeholders** : Partner with functional leaders to implement BI strategies that align with their goals and enhance operational insights.

    + **Develop and Maintain BI Roadmaps** : Create structured plans for BI deliverables, including timelines, priorities, and milestones to guide development and execution.

    + **Ensure Accurate BI Support** : Lead the BI team to deliver reliable, high-quality data and insights that meet the needs of assigned functions.

    + **Integrate Customer Perspectives** : Use customer feedback and product usage data to shape BI content that improves customer satisfaction and drives revenue growth.

    + **Manage Service Providers** : Select, evaluate, and oversee internal and external BI service providers, ensuring compliance with Cummins processes and standards.

    + **Design and Deliver Dashboards** : Create standardized KPIs and dashboards for global use, while also developing custom solutions tailored to specific user needs.

    + **Interpret and Communicate Data Insights** : Analyze data accurately, draw meaningful conclusions, and ensure the right stakeholders receive actionable insights to inform decisions.

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

    + Demonstrated role competence is required. College, university, or equivalent bachelor’s degree in Data sciences, or in Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics / relevant field with a quantitative focus, or experience equivalent is required. Significant practical experience preferred.

    + This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    + 5+ years’ experience is required in analytics, engineering, or management consulting or equivalent analytical experience.

    + Experience in managing business intelligence and analytics projects from inception to delivery is required, including developing structured solutions.

    + Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders is preferred, including to define analysis requirements and priorities and to implement strategy while balancing short- vs long-term deliverables.

    + Exceptional business acumen is preferred, including an understanding of business drivers and value creation in a customer-focused organization.

    + Location flexible.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    + Serves as a strategic partner, with cross functional teams, to ensure alignment and sustainability to a wide range of global stakeholders, including Service and Support, Business Solutions, Product Solutions and Engineering, and Sales and Aftermarket Enablement.

    + Responsible for identifying opportunities and developing AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization.

    + Drives business objectives by leveraging data science methodologies to solve complex business problems for all business units.

    + Oversees the design and implementation of business intelligence projects and AI models, including planning, budgeting, and integration.

    + Ensures the accuracy and quality of data analysis, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders worldwide.

    + Translates complex data science outputs into clear, business-focused language, ensuring model capabilities are verified by domain experts.

    + Develops and implements project roadmaps for the adoption and maintenance of new business intelligence tools and processes on a global scale.

    + Builds and sustains strong relationships across the company to deliver significant business value through a data-driven approach.

    + Mentors and coaches employees on data science tools and methodologies to advance the organization's capabilities and leadership culture.

    + Participates in strategic planning for the advancement of the Data Science
