In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
+ Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity and compliance with company standards.
+ Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to drive continuous improvement.
+ Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet financial and operational targets.
+ Monitor performance metrics and indicators to evaluate efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
+ Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Quality and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
+ Lead, mentor, and develop staff to enhance skills, engagement, and performance.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
+ Find opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost savings.
+ Drive organizational initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
Who You Are:
+ A self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong business insight and financial foresight with the proven ability to build effective teams, develop talent and drive results.
For This Role, You Will Need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
+ Five years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong knowledge of manufacturing systems.
+ Proven experience in Operations Management, process improvement, or a similar leadership role.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and drive results.
+ Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
+ **Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.**

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range is **$140,000k - $150,000k** annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
