The **Clinical Resource Nurse** (CRN) will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care for patients he/she is called to care for. The CRN is responsible for providing clinical expertise to defined areas of the Medical Center.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
+ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
+ Current registered nurse license in the State of New Jersey
+ Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
+ Exhibits self-direction and use of a broad knowledge base, critical thinking, delegation, problem solving skills and protocol development
+ Exceptional verbal and non-verbal, written and listening skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences and function in a collaborative role
+ Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple complex situations simultaneously
+ Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
+ Behavioral Health experience.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
+ NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
+ AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
Licenses and Certifications Preferred:
+ Crisis Prevention Intervention Instructor Certification.

Minimum rate of $106,329.60 Annually

Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
