What we want
The Clinical Social Worker MSI, under supervision, provides direct clinical services to patients. Serves as a liaison between patients, physicians, and community resources. Functions as behavioral health clinician within, Child Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN), Perinatal Psychiatry Access Network (PeriPAN),Texas Child Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) and other grant funded projects with Consortium Programs. Develops, provides, and coordinates care plans and direct services with schools, primary care facilities, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
+ Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance, Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or other specialty related to job function.
+ Two years of relevant experience.
Required Licenses and Certifications
+ Texas Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate (LPC-A), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Must maintain licensure for continued employment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
+ Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to do presentations, workshop trainings, and small group discussions and facilitations.
+ Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
+ Knowledge of standard proofreading.
Responsibilities
Clinical Services
+ Develops, provides, and coordinates care plans and direct services with schools, primary care facilities, and other stakeholders.
+ Serves as a liaison between patients, physicians, and community resources.
+ Prepares and reviews education materials for stakeholders.
+ Works with a team of health educators and clinicians to provide trainings for community partners.
+ Provides clinical assessment and consultation to stakeholders.
Documentation and Program Evaluation
+ Documents services and activities per department standards.
+ Assists with program evaluation activities to track and analyze utilization and effectiveness of services.
Intake and Referral Assistance
+ Provides assistance with intake and referral systems needs of the clinic.
+ Assists with supervised intakes and referrals to long term services, as needed.
Education and Workshops
+ Provides supervised family and patient education.
+ Conducts supervised workshops and seminars as needed.
