    Occupational Therapist – Lymphedema

In this role, you’ll focus on lymphedema management while also supporting a wide range of patient needs through evaluation, skilled intervention, and discharge planning. You’ll be part of a highly engaged therapy team that values continuous improvement, professional growth, and teamwork.

    What You’ll Do

    + Provide specialized occupational therapy services for patients with lymphedema

    + Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals

    + Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional independence

    + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care

    + Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs

    + Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries

    + Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives

    + Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program

    Licensure & Certifications:

    + Certified Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana

    + Current CPR certification

    Experience:

    + Previous clinical experience preferred

    + New graduates welcome

    Skills:

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
