Description:

ONSITE in Alexandria, Louisiana (USA)

**Position Purpose:** Join PACE in providing vital office support to enhance the care and services for our elderly participants. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a smooth operational flow by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

What You Will Do:

+ Receive and direct visitors and telephone calls with professionalism and warmth.

+ Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, file documents, and assist with data entry.

+ Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and participants.

+ Assist with maintaining participant identification cards and attendance records.

+ Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

+ Uphold safety, security, and infection control protocols in the workplace.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; prior office experience preferred.

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems.

+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service focus.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment.
