    Physical Therapist, Outpatient – Full-Time

    • **Location:** Mishawaka, IN

    • **Schedule:** Full-Time, flexible scheduling available

    • **Department:** Physical Therapy Services

     

    Join a collaborative and patient-focused therapy team where your skills make a real impact. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll assess, treat, and guide patients through personalized recovery plans. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and enhance the patient experience, all while growing your own clinical and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Assess and treat patients referred to the Physical Therapy department

    + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals

    + Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapy plans, and home exercises

    + Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and prepare discharge recommendations

    + Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings and case management

    + Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, rehab techs, and volunteers

    + Participate in departmental initiatives and student programs

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

    Licensure & Certifications:

    + Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana

    + Current CPR certification

    Experience:

    + Clinical experience preferred

    + New graduates welcome

    Skills:

    + Strong verbal and written communication

    + Problem-solving and sound judgment

    + Ability to manage varying caseloads and schedules

    + Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to departmental needs
