    Mercy Fitzgerald, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Telephone Operator to join our Telecommunications team!

    Shift:

    0.6FTE, 24 hours per week. Rotating Shifts with weekend rotation

    Summary:

    Provides voice communication services for patients, hospital departments and medical staff in a courteous, efficient and effective manner.

    Requirements:

    + High School graduate or equivalent

    + Excellent telephone communications skills required

    + Ability to read, write and communicate in English sufficiently to perform position
