Job Summary and Qualifications

+ Facilitate the transfer, positioning and transport of your patients

+ Assist in overturning your operating rooms between cases

+ Responsible for checking temperatures, weighing patients, connecting patients to monitors, removing IV's, undressing/redressing, and patient transport.

+ Assists in monitoring and recording in environmental and equipment log.

+ Perform terminal cleaning of your surgical area

+ You will maintain sufficient supply levels, cleanliness and orderliness of all your equipment and supplies

+ You will answer phones

+ You will assist with computer data entry

+ Performs clerical work as needed, including data entry, assembling charts, filing, answering and transferring phones, and relaying messages. Interacts with patients, fellow employees, physicians, and other stakeholders in a manner which encourages quality patient care, harmonious working relationships, positive customer relations, and which enhances the image and reputation of the center

Qualifications you will need:

+ One year patient care assistance in a nursing or environmental services environment

+ Valid BCLS Certification upon employment***online certification not acceptable.
