    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    + Assist in implementing care plans and treatments designed by a licensed physical therapist.

    + Work directly with patients to improve strength, mobility, and independence.

    + Contribute to a collaborative care team focused on achieving measurable goals.

    + Ensure compliance with all documentation, billing, and regulatory requirements.

    + Supervise physical therapy techs in accordance with applicable guidelines.

    + Stay informed and educated on the latest best practices in physical therapy.

    + Participate in program quality improvement initiatives and student mentorship (as assigned).

    + Maintain all mandatory education and certifications related to safety, quality, and infection control.

    Job Requirements

    **Required Licensure and Certifications:** Nebraska PTA license; Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

    Pay Range

    $24.88 - $37.00 /hour
