Join Elara Caring as a Business Support Associate!
Schedule:** **Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay:** **$18–$19/HR
Must be Bilingual:** **Spanish & English

What You’ll Do
As a** **Business Support Associate** **, you’ll:
Provide exceptional customer support to patients, caregivers, and staff
Answer and direct calls with professionalism and care
Assist with onboarding and training of caregivers
Support team operations through computer-based tasks and office duties
Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes so our care teams can focus on what they do best
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED (required)
1–2 years administrative, business, or support role experience
Proficiency with** **Microsoft Office Suite** **and office management tools
Experience troubleshooting technology (hardware/software) a plus
Strong** **organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and dependable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be Bilingual: Spanish & English
Healthcare background preferred
Reliable transportation (occasional travel to other branches)
