As a Phlebotomist, You Will:

+ **Perform Expert Collections: Masterfully execute venous and capillary punctures on all patient age groups, including critical Blood Bank collections, adhering to precise protocols and volume requirements.**

+ **Prioritize Patient Experience: Practice positive patient identification and embody "HumanKindness" in every interaction, fostering a courteous and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.**

+ **Optimize Workflow: Efficiently process and distribute specimens, meticulously maintain phlebotomy stations, and organize draw requests to ensure rapid turnaround times.**

+ **Champion Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to isolation, hand sanitization, and all blood collection procedures, maintaining the highest standards of safety and sample integrity.**

+ **Collaborate & Support: Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, assist with training, and use sound judgment in problem-solving.**

Job Requirements

Required Education & Experience:

+ **High School Diploma or GED.**

Required Licensure & Certifications:

+ **State-Specific Phlebotomy Certification/License (as applicable to state of practice):**

+ **Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) Certification: Required upon hire or transfer.**

Pay Range

$16.29 - $23.62 /hour
