    CHI St. Alexius Archway Clinic is looking for a Full Time Clinic Manager to join the team!

     

    We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring seamless processes, exceptional patient experiences, and strong financial performance. You'll lead, mentor, and empower our clinic associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

     

    Key responsibilities include managing resources, optimizing workflows, and monitoring KPIs to achieve outstanding outcomes. This collaborative role works directly with leadership to shape our future and deliver top-quality care.

    Job Requirements

    Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 3 years leadership experience OR minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the discipline OR Master’s Degree and no experience

CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

    Pay Range

    $27.93 - $39.45/hour
