    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    + You’re in patient rooms, quickly rotating between immediate needs and check-ins to provide patient care while being monitored by your preceptor

    + Open to learning more about the business and operational practices in our facility

    + Develop patient advocate skills through observance and practice

    + Build your nursing skills as you learn to put your education into practice with actual patients

    Job Requirements

    + Associates Degree In Nursing.

    + Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Arkansas Board of Nursing

    + Active Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)

    Where You'll Work

     

    As our **NNRP Resident (New Grad)** at CHI St. Vincent, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you’ll make the transition from practicing procedures as a student to becoming a professional nurse. You’ll build trust with your clinical preceptor and patients as you practice classroom concepts in real-time. Our residency program establishes your position as a reliable resource and helpful supporter of patients and families. The Spring Residency cohort will start February 2026.

    Pay Range

    $32.28 - $41.89 /hour
