Content Enablement Program Manager
Job Description:
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Global Content Enablement, the Content Enablement Program Manager is responsible for developing high-quality, relevant sales content aligned with Sage’s go-to-market (GTM) growth initiatives and product launches. This role will curate, create, launch and maintain content for broad use, designed for both digital self-serve and instructor-led formats.
Partnering with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Sales Enablement, the Content Enablement Program Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure consistency, accuracy, and relevance of sales and partner-facing content, while measuring impact against agreed performance outcomes.
*This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in Atlanta office*
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Sales Enablement to ensure content reflects the latest positioning, value propositions, and product capabilities
• Curate, create, launch and maintain the content sales teams need to effectively sell our products and support strategic initiatives
• Manage feedback loops and content analytics to refine materials based on usage, feedback, and business impact
• Ensure relevancy, discoverability and usability of content within enablement platforms
• Manage and deliver 2–3 projects in parallel
• Report on the impact of content enablement activities against defined performance outcomes and objectives
Requirements:
• 3+ years of combined experience in a SaaS business in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Product Marketing roles
• Experience with content design and enablement platforms
• Innovative mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and explore new approaches
• Strong relationship-building skills at mid to senior levels, with the ability to articulate ideas professionally
• Highly organized, with a natural inclination for planning and execution
• Ability to independently lead discrete workstreams with limited oversight
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across functions
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to deliver with agility
