    Sr. Technical Solutions Architect

    Job Description:

    In this Global Technical Enablement role, the desired employee will have a passion for software technology, willingness to expand current technical and functional knowledge, as well as maintain expert-status in a fast-moving environment. The desired employee must be self-motivated and possess a pro-active/ can-do approach, possessing an excellent understanding of complex technical activities and deep knowledge of the Sage Intacct application.

     

    This role will be part of the North American Technical Enablement team who are the Sage Intacct experts responsible for providing technical expertise, product enablement, escalation support, pre-sales advice and support, maintaining and advising on project delivery processes/methodology and supporting success and collaboration withing the Sage Intacct community. This NA based role will also work across other global geographies to share knowledge with ideas, solutions and provide guidance when needed.

     

    You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on technical functionality, participating in partner/customer projects, running technical workshops for partners and other colleagues, utilizing and maintaining a delivery methodology and support escalations when needed.

     

    This is a collaborative role, you will work with various groups such as sales, customer support and account executives to support partners in the sales, support and implementation processes. The desired candidate will also identify billable opportunities when working with partners. The desired employee will have a focus on customer satisfaction, and with a focus on high NPS scores from partners.

     

    *This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite in Atlanta office.*

    Key Responsibilities:

    Maintain a thorough technical knowledge of Sage Intacct, through formal education, hands on training and self-study.

     

    • Achieve Product Expert level in technical solution capabilities. Including but not limited to:

     

    - AD Sync & SSO

     

    - PGP Encryption

     

    - Integration support

     

    - API Build & Support

     

    - Scripting

    - Technical architect support

    • Deliver technical workshops and enablement sessions to partners.

    • Provide second-line technical implementation support for partners.

    • Create and maintain delivery documentation.

    • Share best practice recommendations with Partners and Customers, ensuring optimal use of technical configurations.

    • Provide input to Sage Product Development and Product Management as appropriate.

    Skills:

    • 5 years of professional experience delivering software solutions

    • The ability to digest complex technical information quickly and transform this into a comprehensive, understandable and concise format.

    • Strong analytical & time-management skills. Able to gather, analyze and interpret data to aid decision making and use proactively to develop innovative solutions working to challenging timescales.

    • Ability to communicate verbally and written in a clear, concise and professional manner using appropriate grammar, style and language

    • Mentoring and coaching skills for dissemination of knowledge to partners

    • Relationship Management skills including management of escalations as needed

    Professional Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline

    • Industry recognized certifications for functional area of expertise

    * Programming knowledge of integration, design and implementation

    • Knowledge of database & application infrastructure design

    • Knowledge of performance management trouble shooting and techniques
