    Our client, a leader in healthcare systems, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Test Engineering Department supporting the FCT PCBA Team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Manufacturing Technician

    **Location:** Batesville, IN

    **Pay Range:** $25.00hr

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday schedule with assigned 8-hour shifts between 7am–6:30pm

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Support the FCT PCBA team with hardware and fixture transport and setup

    + Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical test fixtures

    + Troubleshoot wiring and test equipment issues

    + Assist with software installations following established procedures

    + Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure smooth testing operations

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + 3+ years of experience in electronics or manufacturing technology

    + Familiarity with FCT systems and PCBAs

    + Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering tools

    + Ability to follow procedures and work independently

    + Associate degree preferred in Electronics or Engineering
