Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and safety consciousness, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Littleton, NH

**Pay Range:** $18.63 per hour

**Shift:** 7am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)

What's the Job?

+ Operate machines and equipment in the manufacturing process, including presses, braid winders, lathes, and crimping machines

+ Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions to ensure accurate production

+ Record production data accurately, including parts produced and scrap counts

+ Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards and identify defects

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and using protective equipment

What's Needed?

+ Ability to read and interpret measuring devices such as tape measures

+ Basic math and reading skills

+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

+ Manual dexterity and physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly

+ Understanding of MSDS and handling hazardous materials safely
