    Maintenance Supervisor

    • _Reidsville, NC_

    • 2nd shift: 2 _:00 PM – 12:00 AM, M–F (flexible for occasional weekends)_

    • _$80K–$90K + 10% bonus + 6th/7th day pay_

     

    We’re hiring for an **A+ food manufacturing client** known for operational excellence and top-tier production standards. This is a high-impact leadership role on the night shift at a fast-paced, highly automated facility.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Supervise 3rd shift maintenance operations and personnel

    + Ensure equipment uptime and safe, compliant performance

    + Partner with Production and Engineering on continuous improvement

    + Support hiring, training, and development of maintenance staff

    + Oversee facility and utility systems, including waste treatment

    What You’ll Bring:

    + 4–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing

    + Hands-on knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics

    + Prior supervisory experience

    + Food manufacturing background a plus
