Our client, a leading organization in the aviation support industry, is seeking a Customer Account Services Representative (Billing Specialist) to join their team. As a Billing Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the billing and accounts receivable team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Billing Specialist

**Location:** Columbus, OH

**Pay Range:** $20 per hour

**Duration:** 6 months

What's the Job?

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing and accounts receivable

+ Review large accounts proactively and resolve issues before billing occurs

+ Handle tasks such as consolidated invoicing and uploading invoices into customer systems

+ Monitor account credits and ensure timely posting

+ Generate monthly statements and assist in collecting overdue balances

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma required; associates or bachelor's degree in business preferred

+ 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer support or billing roles

+ Experience with SAP or similar systems is preferred

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills to reconcile data and analyze variances
