    What You’ll Do:

    + Support the Maintenance Manager in leading Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians

    + Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

    + Champion safety and compliance (OSHA, GMP, FDA, EPA standards)

    + Guide supervisors to execute preventive maintenance schedules and resolve frontline challenges

    + Monitor key metrics (MTBF, MTTR, downtime trends) to reduce breakdowns

    + Lead and coach root cause analysis (RCA) activities for recurring issues

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams

    + Assist in vendor and contractor oversight, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 5+ years of progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing

    + 2+ years in a **supervisory or managerial capacity**

    + Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and reliability practices (TPM, RCM)

    + Proficiency with CMMS (SAP or similar)

    + Excellent leadership, coaching, and cross-functional communication skills

    + High-energy and hands-on style with strong problem-solving skills
