    Electronic/Mechanical Assembler

    About the Role

     

    We’re seeking a detail-oriented **Electronic/Mechanical Assembler** to join our team in Fort Collins. This role involves hands-on assembly, repair, and testing of electronic and mechanical components. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, precision, and a commitment to quality.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform mechanical repairs and assembly operations on RMA units

    + Operate torque drivers, soldering irons, hand tools, hydraulic presses, ovens, lifting systems, and chemical baths

    + Accurately document repair activities, test results, and inspection findings

    + Perform First Article and incoming inspection of PCBA and machined parts (preferred)

    + Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized workspace

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent (required)

    + Previous experience in electro/mechanical assembly

    + Strong soldering skills (preferred)

    + Familiarity with ERP systems and computer applications

    + Knowledge of First Article inspection and incoming inspection practices a plus
