    Job Description

    Responsible for grooming the Nordic trails.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate Grooming equipment to smooth out snow surface to provide quality skiing.

    + Maintain snow surface in order to ensure snow quality throughout the ski season.

    + Receive direction from the Nordic Director regarding the grooming log and shift.

    + Perform daily inspections on equipment prior to use to ensure safe operation.

    + Responsible for the safe operation of grooming equipment.

    + Report any malfunctions immediately to the mechanic and director.

    + Responsible for the competition of all training programs and adherence to Omni standards.

    Qualifications

    + Must be comfortable operating machinery during extreme weather conditions on a variety of mountain terrain.

    + Previous work with heavy machinery or trail grooming equipment preferred.

    + Must be able to work evening hours.
