Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** CNC Operator

**Location:** Littleton, NH

**Pay Range:** Base pay is $18.63 per hour plus a $3.50 shift differential

**Shift:** Sunday - Thursday, 11:30 pm - 7:30 am

What's the Job?

+ Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to cut, shape, or form metal workpieces according to specifications

+ Review blueprints, specifications, and machining sequences to ensure accuracy

+ Monitor machine operation for malfunctions or issues, such as damaged tools or work discrepancies

+ Measure finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gages to ensure conformance to specifications

+ Maintain accurate production logs, scrap tickets, and other required documentation

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

+ Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications is a plus

+ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

+ Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

+ Availability to work the specified shift and attend onsite interviews
