    Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

     

    Salary: $63,000 – $85,000 annually

    What You’ll Do:

    + Supervise and support Production Leads and Technicians on the 3rd shift

    + Oversee production to meet output targets and schedules

    + Champion workplace safety and ensure full compliance with OSHA, GMP, FDA, and quality standards

    + Monitor production metrics; make real-time adjustments to optimize performance

    + Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth shift handovers

    + Lead continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis (RCA) activities

    + Partner with maintenance to reduce downtime and keep equipment running efficiently

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3+ years manufacturing experience and 2+ years in a supervisory role

    + Working knowledge of automation, control systems, and ERP (SAP a plus)

    + Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

    + Understanding of safety practices, GMP, and food safety standards

    + High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
