    Now Hiring: Shipping & Receiving / Building Maintenance Associate

     

    _Location: Huntington, WV_

    _Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift_

    _Pay: $16.00/hour_

     

    _Long-Term Temporary Position_

     

    Manpower is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual for a **Shipping & Receiving / Building Maintenance** role with a local company specializing in **water-related solutions** , including the sales, service, and repair of pumps, motors, and control systems.

    Job Duties Include:

    Shipping & Receiving

    + Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments

    + Pick and prepare orders for outgoing shipments

    + Load, secure, and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or cranes

    Building Maintenance & Custodial

    + Clean and restock supplies in break rooms and restrooms

    + Perform basic building maintenance (e.g., replacing light bulbs, minor repairs)

    + Maintain grounds (sweeping, snow removal, landscaping upkeep)

    What to Expect

    + Physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor conditions

    + Regular bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and ladder use

    + Lifting up to 50 pounds

    + A mix of active, hands-on tasks and routine duties

    + A close-knit, friendly team that values reliability and teamwork

    Requirements

    + Must be at least 21 years old

    + Ability to operate forklifts and other loading equipment (or willingness to learn)

    + Practical custodial and basic maintenance skills

    + Strong attention to detail and pride in doing a job well
