Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Supervisor

**Pay Range:** $66,000 - $98,300

Shift: 1st or 2nd

What's the Job?

+ Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to ensure operational efficiency

+ Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for all production, support, and facility equipment

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

+ Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution of repairs and inspections

+ Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractor work meets site standards

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in beverage manufacturing or similar industry

+ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and maintenance best practices

+ Proven leadership and team development skills

+ Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, FDA, etc.)

+ Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP is preferred
