    Description A well-established and growing organization is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to support the Human Resources Manager at their corporate office in Newtown, PA.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient day-to-day HR operations. Specific duties include:

    HRIS Administration:

    Manage employee data, payroll, and reporting within the ADP Workforce Now system.

     

    Ensure data accuracy and respond to system-related inquiries.

    Data Entry:

    Accurately input and maintain employee records in HR systems.

     

    Ensure all employee information is current and error-free for payroll, benefits, and compliance purposes.

    Payroll Support:

    Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.

     

    Verify timecards, address discrepancies, and ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.

    Benefits Administration Support:

    Provide assistance during open enrollment periods and benefits audits.

     

    Help employees navigate benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries in a professional manner.

    General Administrative Duties:

    Manage the filing of employee documents, prepare reports, schedule meetings, and assist with other HR-related tasks as needed. Current experience using ADP is required. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in Human Resources or related field preferred.

     

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.

    • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and payroll systems, with experience in systems like Workforce Now being a plus.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate employee records.

    • Effective communication skills to address employee inquiries and collaborate with team members.

    • Familiarity with onboarding processes, including background checks and employee orientation.

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
