Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join an established team onsite in Brunswick, GA. This role will provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance across multiple systems, ensuring high client satisfaction and reliable IT operations.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on IT support experience

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows & macOS), networks, and business software

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Proactive, client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 75 pounds
