Description We are looking for a meticulous Credentialing Analyst to join our team in Provo, Utah. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to combine financial expertise with exceptional customer service skills to drive organizational success. As a key member of the finance team, you will play an integral role in ensuring the accuracy of billing, forecasting, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure operational efficiency.

• Communicate complex financial policies and technical details clearly to non-experts.

• Contribute to the accuracy of company billings and financial forecasting.

• Manage stakeholder requests promptly while adhering to service level agreements and monthly accounting deadlines.

• Partner with finance, sales, and customer success teams to solve challenges using industry best practices.

• Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure thoughtful and respectful interactions.

• Apply strategic thinking to understand the impact of your role on cross-functional teams.

• Support a positive and inclusive team environment through teamwork and collaboration. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree with a track record of academic excellence.

• At least 1 year of experience requiring attention to detail in finance or customer support roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to manage high volumes of requests while meeting deadlines.

• Strategic mindset with a focus on process improvement.

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
