Our $12 billion investment management firm in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area is seeking a talented Mutual Fund Operations Analyst to join our team. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be the opportunity for you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute and reconcile mutual fund trades; resolve trade discrepancies.

    • Set up assets, perform fund exchanges, and post income and capital gains.

    • Weekly reconciliation of omnibus funds.

    • Manage proxy services.

    • Handle shadow accounting and balancing transactions.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Trust or brokerage operations experience.

    • Familiarity with trust accounting software.

    • Basic bookkeeping and Excel skills.

    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Excellent communication and professionalism.
