Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Malvern, Pennsylvania, on a Contract to permanent basis. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in data governance, financial services, and the ability to transform complex business challenges into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and document detailed business requirements, use cases, and process workflows to support project objectives.

• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and align business outcomes with strategic goals.

• Implement data quality frameworks and governance practices to ensure the accuracy and reliability of organizational data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into actionable strategies and solutions.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles.

• Utilize tools such as Azure and Snowflake to analyze data and deliver insights that drive decision-making.

• Act as a critical thinker to identify challenges and propose innovative solutions within financial services contexts.

• Perform process mapping to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across departments.

• Provide expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Work onsite four days per week to ensure effective collaboration and project execution. Requirements • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data governance and quality frameworks.

• Strong skills in business requirement documentation, use case development, and process mapping.

• Ability to perform gap analyses and translate complex data into actionable business strategies.

• Familiarity with tools like Azure and Snowflake; experience with is a plus.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address business challenges effectively.

• Background in financial services or related industries.
