Position Summary

As a Financial Advisor, you will provide comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to a diverse client base. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong foundation in financial services, a client-first mindset, and a desire to build long-term relationships. You’ll work closely with a seasoned team and have the opportunity to grow your practice with full firm support.

Key Responsibilities

+ Deliver strategic financial advice across areas such as investments, retirement, insurance, and debt management

+ Develop personalized financial plans tailored to each client’s goals

+ Monitor client portfolios and market performance, making adjustments as needed

+ Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

+ Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and service

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support

Requirements

Qualifications

+ CFP® designation required

+ 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry

+ Proven success in a client-facing advisory role

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

+ Self-starter with a high level of professionalism and integrity

+ Familiarity with CRM systems and financial planning tools

+ Candidates from the San Ramon or East Bay area preferred

+ Ability to bring a book of business is welcomed but not required
